We hope you are 100% satisfied with everything you purchased from Hobby Squad. If not, you are welcome to return your order within 14 days from delivery date for refund.

Please note final sale items are not eligible for return unless faulty or incorrect items received.

Before return, there are some simple rules and suggestions:

  1. Please let us know before sending your order back.
  2. All items returned must be in original condition and resaleable. This means items must be unused, unopened and still sealed with original packaging and tags attached (if have). Otherwise, your return will not be accepted.
  3. We suggest that all items are packed with Return Form (click to download) in a secure carton. Please ensure all boxed items are securely wrapped as we are not able to accept items damaged in transit.
  4. We strongly suggest that you use a registered post with a tracking number to return your order as we will not be responsible for any lost return.

Once we receive your return, please allow 3 business days for us to process your request.

Please note Hobby Squad has the right to reject product that appears worn or damaged by the customer or in transit.

For security reasons, the money will only be refunded to the original payment method.

Please allow up to 3 business days for refunds to appear in your account.

Please note that original delivery charges are non-refundable unless your item is deemed to be faulty or incorrect.

What should I do if the item I received is faulty or incorrect?

We apologise for this if the item you have received is faulty or incorrect, it is totally our fault. Please contact us within 7 days to report the issue. Our friendly Customer Service Team will review your claim within 2 business days and respond with further instructions. Once your request is approved, you can send your item to us with the Return Form. Please make sure to enclose the receipt for the postage fee so that this cost may be reimbursed with your refund.

Following inspection of the item, Hobby Squad will either replace or refund the item in accordance with Australian Consumer Laws.

Do you exchange items?

Yes, we do. If you would like to exchange your item to another one, please contact us first, we will check the price and inventory for you and reserve the item if possible. If there is price difference, we will do refund or charge you for the difference.

In what circumstances would you pay for my return shipping?

If the returned item was faulty or incorrect, we will gladly reimburse you on receipt of a postage receipt for the return shipping cost upon assessment. For change of mind, return shipping is at the expense of the customer.

What happens if I send my item back and it is outside of the refund period?

Any items that we receive after 14 days from delivery date will be posted back at the expense of the customer.

What if my return is lost in the post?

We are so sorry to hear this. But we do not take any responsibility for returns that are lost during transit. For security reason, we strongly recommend you use a registered post with a tracking number to return your order so that you can keep an eye on your return at all times.

What if my refund amount is incorrect?

If you believe you have been incorrectly refunded, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
